HR Business Partner
London based - offering remote working
Up to £85,000 + bonus
Network HR have been retained to appoint a HR Business Partner for a high touch, Financial Services organisation based in the city paying up to c.£85,000 + very competitive variable & benefits.
Reporting to the HR Director in the UK, you will work with matrixed stakeholders and align yourself to a primary client group across the UK and Continental Europe covering day to day activities and a plethora of projects including the set-up of new European offices, so proven experience in this field is essential for this role.
This newly scoped role will support a growing, revenue generating client group for a global market leader and will offer variety and complexity in their proposition. This role will require a technically proficient individual who is able to flex from operational to strategic duties when required, and get involved with the granular differences in European contracts and entitlements (with support from external counsel). The successful candidate will be a true generalist HRBP and will require a good grasp of settlement agreements, new country employment contracts, benefits entitlements & changes in regulation / legislation etc
·Ideally you will come from a small / more ambiguous HR function in an SME business that’s matrixed in structure
·Financial services exposure will be essential
·True generalist exposure with experience working across Continental Europe
·Ideally some exposure in supporting office set-ups in Europe
