Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination of equipment, labour, and transport to ensure smooth operations
- Develop effective work plans and manage bookings to maximise utilisation
- Collaborate with workshop and yard teams to ensure equipment readiness and site organisation
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and orders with professionalism
- Support and guide hire desk and operational teams to achieve daily targets
- Promote a strong health & safety culture across all activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and legal requirements
- Drive efficiency through effective resource planning
- Preferably 4 years’ experience in a similar role within construction or a related industry
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Experience working within the Crane Hire, Powered Access or Plant Hire industry is essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems
