Lift-off for our Super Brand Academy!

After a summer of running our recruitment campaign for our 2016 Executive Training Academy, this week we welcome 12 trainee delegates through the doors of Network House! This is yet another landmark for Executive Network Group as this years “Super Brand” academy takes us over the threshold to 65 members of staff!
Having explored many different avenues to find our perfect intake of recruitment rookies, and we are extremely pleased to have found a fantastic group of aspiring young professionals, all ready and excited to take on the world of recruitment! From retail and hospitality, to healthcare, telesales and university graduates, our delegates have arrived at Network House with varied backgrounds and a vast array of experience between them.
But with the new arrivals all bright-eyed and bushy tailed, ready for the start of their brand new careers, it got us thinking… why is recruitment a good choice of career? And better yet, why choose ENG to be at the helm of your journey?
Of course we are going to say that Executive Network Group is the ideal platform to launch your recruitment career, but we don’t think this is a biased view. After all, the facts truly speak for themselves!
With a 10 week tailored programme, incorporating both classroom and “on the job” training, this one-of-a-kind programme gives a balanced training plan and allows our trainees to embrace the recruitment industry with the guidance from our training team who have decades of experience working within the recruitment industry. As our delegates are immediately immersed into the teams, they learn everything they need to know about the way we work, and pick up more than just what they would in the classroom. We value mentorship and increasing our professional intelligence, and the initiation of the trainee’s into the organisation is taken on by every member of staff.
Each delegate will go on a journey through Executive Network Group, and will get the chance to spend a week working within each “Super Brand”, interacting with staff at all levels of the business. This is why our Academies are so successful; from the moment you step foot in Network House, you are part of the family. And through classroom work, training, on-the-job experience, and the coaching and encouragement from the teams, we raise recruitment superstars!
