What drew you to recruitment in the first place?

James: I can answer this in 3:

1. The money
2. I get on well with people – I enjoy building relationships and meeting interesting people
3. I get to learn, I get to contribute to our wellbeing, to the environments in which we live in and to the world around me by supplying people that can make a difference

Jayde: While I was living in Australia I worked through an agency in the cosmetic sector and I thought what a great job my consultant had. I love it because hard work will always pay off and it’s a great environment to work in.

Describe your personality in three words.

James: Social, well humoured, creative.

Jayde: Ambitious, fun and kind.

One of ENG’s strongest values is inspiration. Who inspires you the most?

James: Dead – John Lennon, one of the most influential people in history. His message of peace, love, and happiness will forever be remembered. Alive – Oprah Winfrey, she had an extremely difficult life and just look at where she is today.

Jayde: J.K Rowling, she started with nothing and never gave up.

What would you do if you didn’t work in recruitment?

James: I would probably be working at the Ruislip Lido covering maintenance and looking after the animals and in my spare time learning to become an astronaut.

Jayde: Still something sales oriented I’m sure as I love celebrating the success. Or a food critic but that’s a long shot.

How do you spend your spare time?

James: Hobby wise I follow music, play music & film. I watch most sports but mainly horse racing, boxing or football. I enjoy art, buying rare pieces of art and I actually enjoy painting when I get the time. Apart from this I love spending as much time with my daughter as possible! A cracking little character & someone I will never fall out with!

Jayde: I love hiking, being outdoors and visiting new countries.

What are you most excited about working at Executive Network Group?

James: I can see that the future is bright, ENG are progressive. I am looking to be progressive and I believe it’s a good match. Good people and good times, earning money whilst having fun..

Jayde: The new challenge and being able to specialise in my new sector.
