Where did you work before you joined ENG?
I worked as Head of Executive Search for ASC Connections.
What drew you to recruitment in the first place?
After the realisation during University I wasn’t following the family routes to become a professional cricketer, I decided to use sports, my love for business and my passion for behavioural psychology elsewhere. So it’s no surprise I landed in the world of recruitment! 11 years later I work in an industry which rewards me for understanding behaviour, allows me to build relationships, and help people identify the type of match that sets them on their way to furthering their career.
Describe your personality in three words.
Passionate, strategic and competitive.
One of ENG’s strongest values is inspiration. Who inspires you the most?
Orson Welles – He was a no nonsense kind of guy with a huge amount of charisma.
What would you do if you didn’t work in recruitment?
Sport Agent – everyone loves Jerry Maguire!
How do you spend your spare time?
Mainly tennis, cricket and martial arts – when I’m not spending time with family and friends.
What are you most excited about working at Executive Network Group?
To see what can be achieved with such a strong team and a company with strong values.
