My Bio:

I have operated within the Fabric Maintenance and Facilities Management industries, having trained as a Plumbing and Heating Apprentice and studied to HND in Business and Administration, before searching for a role that can effect change in people’s lives, and found recruitment initially within Building Services, Fire, Security and mainstream FM & Property sectors spanning the last 25 years, six or more of those years at Senior Director Level and have devoted myself to providing careers advice, project management, senior executive search and M&A expertise and overall industry knowledge to individuals and clients. Having sat on several committees within the maintenance sectors including Central London Maintenance Association. I believe myself to be a self-motivated, driven, and ambitious person, which has been the fueling within my positions held. I enjoy the sales, new leads, the development but most of all making things happen! Together with my industry knowledge of different sectors, which enables me to be adaptable to many situations, and provide sound advice to those who require it. A good man manager and development remits but understand the importance of quality delivery and customer needs at all levels. My role now focuses on Executive to Mid-Level Search appointments across the Technical Sector!
