My Bio:
I’ve worked within the senior appointment environment for just over 15 years, 7 of which, running my own recruitment company. I joined ENG’s senior team in April 2017 to share my experience within the executive search and knowledge of behavioural and performance psychology. This allowed me to influence people across ENG. My role initially was to manage The HSE Recruitment Network, with a focus on Logistics & Transport along with Retail; my role evolved into the Head of Logistics and Transport, building a division in a sector I’m hugely passionate about and where I have built a positive reputation along with gathering well over 11k personal connections, not to mention strong working relationships and great friendships. During my time at ENG, I have successfully hit 4 x biggest month hall of fame records & also breaking numerous weekly activity records. My ethos is always "lead from the front, graft, kept your feet on the ground, and let your results do the talking.” ENG offers me the platform to do just that, and it's a hugely exciting time for me personally as our Logistics & Transport Division continues to gather huge momentum.
