I joined ENG in April 2002, as a Sales Administrator. At the time, the team were only five strong but clearly had ambitions and opportunities that I wanted to be part of. My gut feelings, 18 years ago, turned out to be correct and ENG have truly fulfilled my ambitions to date. As the sales team grew, so did my responsibilities, initially promoted to Office Manger, then Operations Manager & to my current role of Operations Director in 2016. Myself and my team, strive to provide the best support a recruitment company could aspire too, helping at all times to exceed expectation and fulfil the 'making recruitment better' ethos. ENG excel in recruitment and "professional intelligence", being part of a company that achieves that daily is something too I am proud of, aswell as the true "togetherness" of the company. At every level of the organisation there is inspiration to be found, whether it be navigating through uncertain times or writing an outstanding blog....everyone pulls together and genuinely aims for excellence. Everyday is a learning curve at ENG, we don't stand still, we push forward and for me that's what makes it an exciting to place to work.
