My Bio:

After seeking a career change in 2013 I discovered the ENG Executive Academy - a one of its kind training scheme in the Birmingham recruitment market. Following 12 weeks of the intense internal training scheme I joined the RED brand and progressed from a Trainee, to Recruitment Executive to Consultant it, focusing on the recruitment to recruitment market with a geographic focus of the West Midlands. I was delighted to be internally promoted again in 2016, this time to represent ENG as a Talent Acquisition Manager. I had progressed from running a 360 desk to having management responsibility and continuing my specialism of identifying and attracting recruitment talent, alongside boosting the ENG brand from a marketing perspective to our selected demographic. It’s been a fantastic journey with countless incentives, rewards, being awarded MVP twice at our annual conference and more. I joined the business inspired by the continued investment that ENG commit to their people, and the fact I could tailor my own career path in which I’ve done. The investment in myself started as a trainee, I have had consistent support and development opportunities - most recently I’ve completed a management course at Distinction level. To be surrounded by a team of specialist recruiters who on a daily basis prove they are the greatest in their niche markets inspires me, it also makes me extremely proud to represent the brand. I’m happy to have an influence in the business and aim to make recruitment better by introducing consultants at all levels that personify our values. I feel privileged to have the opportunities and the exceptional platform ENG have provided for me to perform my role to the best of my ability. Due to this I’ve been able to build long lasting professional relationships which is what I enjoy most!
